Do we offer food tastings?

Absolutely! Just enquire via email, and we will arrange a time to meet at our commercial
kitchens. We charge $85 per head.

Is an onsite meeting included?

Yes, once deposit is paid.

If you wish to have a meeting prior to deposit payment, we can do a 2 hour comprehensive meeting which includes floor plan layout, a list of required beverages for the day, bar prop requirements and staff numbers required. This comes at a charge of $250.00.

Do we supply alcohol?

Yes, we can.
We are fully licensed and are happy to purchase your desired alcohol for your event. Or if you prefer to purchase it yourself, we are happy to assist in quantity of beverages required for the event.

Can we create / select our own cocktails to be served?

We have a variety of Pre-Dinner & Post-Dinner Cocktails. The choices are endless.

Are we able to assist with alcohol service?

Yes, that is part of our Bottle Fed service.

Do we provide rubbish removal services? Eg. Food scraps, empty bottles.

Yes we do. Just request this within your enquiry and you will be charged accordingly.

Do we have our own cooking / bar equipment?

Yes, we are a fully mobile catering and bar service. We have a blue marquee 4 x 4m which we are happy to use on the day.

Depending on the venue of the event we may require equipment such as a generators, larger marquees and tables. This will allow for seamless delivery in our service.

Can you supply your own food? Eg. Cheeseboards, nibbles etc.

Unfortunately not, due to Food Health and Safety regulations, we are liable for all food provided at the event.

How much does Crockery, Cutlery and Glassware cost?

We offer elegant Krosno polish long stem ware or Vue design. Cutlery is Elite Stainless heavy duty steel and crockery is White Australian fine china.

We charge $1.20 for each piece of crockery, cutlery and glassware.
This price includes pick up from the hiring company, delivery to your venue, use on the day, return to our commercial kitchen for washing and the return to hiring company.

If you would prefer to organise this through someone else please keep in mind we will not take your hired crockery, cutlery and glassware to our kitchens to be washed.

Who organises Furniture, Linen and Napery?

Furniture, linen and napery is usually organised by the host or an events planner. We are more than happy to suggest our recommended suppliers.

How many wait Staff are required for my special day?

This is determined by the amount of guest attending, the venue and the type of service we are giving you.

Travel fees

If your chosen venue is over an hour away from Noosa a travel fee will be charged. Prices will be quoted depending on the size of the job and theĀ  number of vehicles required to get staff and equipment on site.

In regards to the kitchen marquee, this is usually hired with your reception marquee. It is then the same colour and style and ties in with the theme of your wedding. We usually require an 8x8m marquee for our kitchen.

Paul & Mia can advise you of hiring of crockery, cutlery ,Krosno Fine Elegant glassware and bar props at your meeting. They know all the ins and outs and know the best way of going about all of this.
